Augmentative and Alternative Comunication (AAC) refers to the use of tools, strategies, or assistive technologies that support or replace spoken language for individuals with speech and language impairments.

  • AAC helps individuals express their needs, thoughts, ideas and participate more effectively in daily communication.
  • It involves use of picture communication systems, communication boards, and speech-generating devices
  • Training for individuals with complex communication needs (Neurodebelopmental disorders, Cerebral palsy, ALS, severe speech/language impairments)
